3D assets for Amazon listing

Hi all!

Since we started rendering our images we thought it would be a great addition to use the 3D model in our Amazon listing. i found out that i needed a .GLB file to upload into Amazon so i exported one from Keyshot.

Now the issue; Every time i upload the .GLB file in Amazon i get the same error;

{
“code”: “INVALID_CONTENT”,
“message”: “The model has too many images (110), please reduce them to not exceed 100”
}
“code”: “INVALID_CONTENT”,
“message”: “The glTF file contains cameras attribute. Please do not contain cameras attribute.”
}

The error seems clear, so i went back to Keyshot. I’ve cleaned-up my Keyshot file. Removing un necessary models, lights, camera’s, environments etc. After that i started fiddling with the export settings (samples, dpi) but this made no difference.

Is it possible to create a .GLB file with Keyshot that complies with the requirements from Amazon or do i have to search for a different solution?

I have the same problem
“The glTF file contains cameras attribute.”
even though there is no active camera. let’s wait for some luminaries …

The free camera is translated as “active camera”, when exporting glTF or glb file

Hi, Marco!
What software do you use for editing AR scenes?
I need to add some interactivity to exported glTF, like moving specified parts when clicking active zone…

That software is built by INNEO.
But my intention was not to advertise.
The software is called NeoSpace essentials. It’s build to add functions to glb files and store them as Web3D asset.
